As all of you who read my blog often know I am all about the small touches making a huge overall impression.  Another great small but sweet touch is to have the resort, deliver personalized candies to be put on their pillow the night of the wedding.

These are an easy DIY project.  I like the idea of using a hard candy or a carmel, that way you do not have to be as concerned about melting.  I know if I were accompanying a couple as thier wedding coordinator I put them in my refrigarator (a must for the coordinator's room, many uses none food for the coordinator! well maybe Diet Coke ) and I would assemble them the day they are to be delivered by room service.  I have frozen chocolates to take away to a wedding and have been lucky to date, not on a long flight for that carmels would be more appropriate.

Yes it is the little things that make life so sweet, coming back to your room from the wedding to find this what a treat visually and in the tummy!
